Have you wanted to learn how to digital scrapbook in Photoshop? Then this class is just for you!

I have revamped and rewritten this class for those of you who want to learn how to digital scrapbook and the class is running on a monthly basis at Digital Scrapbook Place. Click Here to find out more!

This 4 week class exclusively for Digital Scrapbooking in Photoshop teaches you step by step how to create 4 different layouts, starting with using a plopper, creating a paper style layout, creating a graphic style layout and creating a layout using a quick click or layered template.

The class includes in depth instructions on how to use each tool, filter and layer style used to create basic layouts. You will also create basic elements, manoeuvre text, learn basic photo edits, as well as saving for printing and for sharing on the web. Give yourself a head start in creating layouts with Adobe Photoshop. This class was written in Photoshop CS5 but the class can be used with versions of Photoshop CS2 and newer.

Grungy Distressing Brushes

There is nothing better than grunging up your photos and layouts with some good grunge distressing brushes. Experiment with various blend modes such as Color Burn, Linear Burn and Linear Light to really make those distressing marks look real. These brushes are large in size and high quality. This is my adorable 3 year old niece being silly at the park. I had so much fun doing a similar layout of my daughter that I just had to do another page packed with flowers.

I created this page with my Doodle Daisies (some recoloured), Arty Farty Frames (recoloured), some leaves from my Tweet Chic Value Collection and the background is from my Watercolor Fun and Frolic Value Collection.

This is our cheeky little man playing at the park. He quite enjoyed crawling in and out of this train. This layout was done with my Monodrama Value Collection and Whimsical Words from DSP's October Club Digital. I did add a white stroke on 'world of' to make it stand out a bit from the background. The rest of the word art and kit items are as provided in the kit.
